Our Principles
Our Mission, for You.
As your REALTORS® in the real estate industry, We on The Oasis Team know maintain the highest level of ethics. This is a natural part of our agreement, and our mission, for you.
Confidentiality
As your REALTORS®, We must keep confidential any information given by you and all parties involved, especially information that may be damaging to you, the client in a negotiation. The same goes pertaining to your business, financial or personal affairs or motivations.
Accountability
We must be accountable in every step of the transaction, so that it goes smoothly and nothing is left undone that that may cause delay or termination. We will be accountable in our goals to serve you, the client, to the best of our ability. All goals will be specific, measurable, realistic, and timely.
Reasonable Care
Reasonable Care is important, in that you can rest assured that we have the knowledge to guide you as the client through the entire negotiating and transaction process until the close of escrow. We’re not just sellers and buyers, we’re your advocates.
Loyalty
We must show loyalty to you in protecting your best interests above those of any other party, including ourselves. Commission negotiations are not a factor in the property preferences. Our top priority is to help you, the client, get exactly what you want and need.
Obedience
We must show obedience. Example: When we are your listing agents and two or more offers are submitted to us, we must present all offers to you. You have a decision to make. If ‘Offer A’ is for a purchase price of $499,000 with a Conventional loan and ‘Offer B is for $505,000 with an FHA loan, and you choose Offer A because of better financing terms and underwriting process, we are instructed to accept Offer A, as long nothing violates Federal Fair Housing guidelines.
Advocacy
We work in the best interest of you, and only you. Our job is to serve your best interest to the best of our ability in the real estate process. We are your advocates in the decision-making process. You are driving the bus, and we are your navigators. We are more than selling/buying experts. Part of advocacy is to protect you, the client in each situation in the transaction until the close of escrow.
Disclosure
We shall disclose any material facts. If you are the seller and we know anything about the individual strengths and weaknesses of the buyers, we will disclose those. If you are a buyer and ask about the seller’s financial situation – and we know about it, it’s our duty to disclose that to you for more negotiating power.
These are the guiding principles we hold as your Listing (Seller’s) or Selling (Buyer’s) agents in performing every duty. When you hire The Oasis Team as your REALTORS®, we are on a mission, for you.
